Şifreli Text Dosyasını Çözmek

Bir önceki makalede Textbox a girilen stringi şifreledik ve sifreli.txt dosyası olarak kaydetmiştik. (Şekil1)
Şimdi ise şifrelidiğimiz dosyadaki bilgileri
tekrardan çözeceğiz.
